Since January 2008, Bob has been serving as the Ministerial Settlement Representative (MSR) for the Pacific Central District (PCD) of the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA). In this role he seeks to be a non-anxious knowledgeable presence with congregations as they navigate the complex search process. He helps them to sort through their congregation's needs and dreams, discern the qualities they need in a minister, consider carefully and caringly the Ministers available to them, discover the Minister who best matches their needs, and begin a relationship with that new minister in a shared Unitarian Universalist ministry that nurtures their spirits and helps heal the world.
If your congregation is about to begin a search for a new minister and it is in the Pacific Central District, contact Bob Miess, the UUA PCD Ministerial Settlement Representative (MSR) at Bob@FloweringEnterprises.com.
Also, sign up for our periodic newsletter for congregations in search.
